Physical Products: Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
Shipping methods and carriers are optimized by our warehouse to ensure reliable delivery. Carriers may include, but are not limited to, FedEx, UPS, and USPS.
Estimated Delivery Times
All shipments currently ship from our warehouse in Illinois. Delivery times depend on your location:
Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2 business days
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, product type, and destination zip code.
Poster Shipments
Posters are always shipped in a separate package to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.
International Shipping

Digital Products: Livestream & On Demand Courses
Upon purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with login access. Your course is also immediately available from your "My Account" dashboard.
Please note:
- You must be logged into the account used for the attendee details to access your course.
- Only 1 person is permitted to view the content per login.
Digital Books
Digital book purchases follow Apple and Google Play guidelines for product access and delivery.
